ANNUAL DAVE LOMBARD MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

Canyons Resort Golf Course / 4000 Canyons Resort Drive, Park City, UT 84098

$335 per player / $70 Club Rentals

This scenic course winds through 97 acres in the heart of Canyons Village, featuring over 550 feet of elevation change, and with spectacular views of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains and surrounding valleys. The 6,000-yard, par-70 course offers 18 holes of challenging and enjoyable golf characterized by memorable shots with dramatic views. Fee includes greens fees, tournament coordination, a boxed lunch, on-cart drink tickets, and trophies/prizes contribution. Shuttle service to and from the course will be provided for participants needing transportation. Shotgun start begins at 1:00 pm.

The grounds at Zermatt Utah, located between Park City and Sundance, are truly unique. From the moment you enter the property, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of your favorite Hans Christensen Anderson fairy tale! Its clock chimes echo throughout the valley, heralding your arrival. The cobblestone driveway and Swiss-inspired murals beckon to you from distant lands—and times. The resort’s grounds feature a variety of activities, including the miniature golf course on which you’ll play, and which is newly reopened after a refresh. No pre-payment is required. Just show up and enjoy a day on the mini-links! (Shuttle service will be provided from Stein Eriksen for those needing transportation. Given the mountainous drive to Zermatt, this is recommended.)

Thursday, September 15

HIKE & SMARTPHONE PHOTOGRAPHY / $325 per person

On this tour, you’ll explore some of the beautiful trails that Park City is known for. Along with your guide, we will be joined by a local photographer, who will teach you the ins and outs of photography with smartphones. They will help you understand how to capture the desired depth of field, exposure, lighting, and composition, while the mountains and aspen trees serve as your muse. The resulting images will be a great reminder of your time in Park City and are sure to be worthy of your walls.

  • Need to know: Minimum of 20 guests; maximum of 35. Duration of hike: 2–2 ½ hours, with easy level of difficulty. No waiver required. Professional and knowledgeable guide provided. Water and snacks also provided. Participants should wear appropriate hiking attire; sunglasses and hat recommended.

1:00 pm–3:30 pm

HORSEBACK RIDING / $360 per person

Wander along forest trails to spectacular ridge-top views, seated comfortably atop the saddle of your well-trained horse. Your guide will offer you basic instructions on saddling and riding techniques while you enjoy the companionship of your group. The guide will take you to the best view in the range. It is one of the most enjoyable ways to change pace from a hurried day and enjoy the outdoors.

  • Need to know: Minimum of 20 guests; maximum of 30 (if 30, guests likely will be split into two groups of 15 each). Duration of ride: 2 hours, with moderate level of difficulty. Waiver required. Professional and knowledgeable guide provided. Long pants and closed-toe shoes required. Hat and sunglasses recommended.

PARK CITY ART TOUR / $195 per person

On your two-hour Park City gallery tour, you will wander the galleries of historic Main Street. Over the years Main Street has grown to be quite an art destination. With over 20 galleries, there is a lot to see, and your tour will showcase some of Park City’s best! A guide will customize a tour for the group to learn more about the history, artist background and intention and thematic relationships featured!

  • Need to know: Minimum of 20 guests; maximum of 35. Duration of tour: 2 hours, with easy level of difficulty.  No waiver required. Professional and knowledgeable guide provided. Dress in comfortable walking shoes. Hat and sunglasses recommended.

1:15 pm–3:45 pm

SCENIC DRIVE & GEOTHERMAL CRATER SOAK / $180 per person

Enjoy a scenic drive through Wasatch National Forest with stops for photo opportunities along the way. The drive will lead to our final destination, the world-famous Homestead Crater in Midway, Utah. Guests will experience a 40-minute soak/swim in the natural limestone dome with 40-foot deep, crystal-clear mineral water, geothermally headed to a constant 90+ degrees. Open to all fitness levels.

  • Need to know: Minimum of 20 guests; maximum of 24. Duration of tour: three-hours, with easy level of difficulty. Waiver required. Since this tour includes a water-based activity, guests are recommended to change into a swimsuit (with cover-up clothing) prior to departing the hotel. Guests also should bring a towel for drying off after the soak.

DEER VALLEY SCENIC CHAIRLIFT RIDE & GUIDED HIKE / $130 per person

Take in the view of the majestic Wasatch Mountains as you enjoy a leisurely ride up the chairlift at Deer Valley Resort. This is a great way to take in the scenic vistas of the area, and then make your way back down to the base with a guided hike led by a knowledgeable local guide that will explain the flora and fauna and the colorful mining history of the area.

  • Need to know: Minimum of 20 guests; maximum of 35. Duration of ride and hike: 2 hours, with easy to moderate levels of difficulty. Waiver required. Guests should wear appropriate hiking attire; hat and sunglasses also recommended.

UTAH OLYMPIC PARK ACTIVITIES / $140 per person

Utah Olympic Park is a globally recognized facility, most notably as the home of the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Today, Utah Olympic Park provides groups with the rare occasion to participate in activities such as the alpine slide, ziplines, extreme tubing, and the Discovery ropes course.

  • Need to know: Minimum of 25 guests; maximum of 100. Duration of event: 2½ hours, with easy to difficult levels of difficulty. Waiver required. Closed-toe shoes required. Dress in layers and bring sunscreen.

Saturday, September 17

GUIDED HIKING TOUR / $235 per person

Beneath a canopy of aspen leaves, trails meander through the same mountainsides of Park City that skiers enjoy in the winter. When the snow melts and summer comes to the Wasatch Mountains, taking to the local trails is the best way to experience the spectacular mountains surrounding Park City. A local guide will lead the group hike and explain the flora and fauna and the colorful mining history of the area. There are a variety of natural environments to explore for all levels of hiking experience. This is a leisurely-paced, unstructured activity that allows participants to unwind, relax, and enjoy time with colleagues.

  • Need to know: Minimum of 25 guests; maximum of 40. Duration of hike: 2 hours, with easy to moderate levels of difficulty. Waiver required. Appropriate hiking attire; hat and sunglasses recommended. Water and snacks provided.
